Business Development Manager

This outside sales account executive will be an accomplished, leasing-savvy individual with experience in vehicle and equipment leasing who can easily evaluate industry needs and recognize corresponding sales opportunities.

If you have the people skills to build and maintain rapport, the organizational and business acumen to undertake account maintenance and development with an eye to market expansion, and can think on your feet in order to get the deal done, we welcome your submission. Your account executive duties will require that you:

  • Research and maintain current knowledge of related markets and industry, recognize and pursues corresponding sales opportunities.
    Act as the primary contact for negotiations with both customers and vendors.
  • Take initiative in planning, organizing and conducting special events for the purpose of promoting company services in specific markets.
    Work directly with the senior credit manager in a supportive and proactive manner to optimize each sales opportunity and offer timely and accommodating customer service to achieve expeditious agreement signups.
  • Display professional accountability and enjoy working cooperatively within the sales division.
    Contribute to the development of the company by innovating creative strategies for discussion and approval, and have the ability to captain their implementation.Work with the company management to develop and recommend marketing and expansion strategies for Western Canada.
