Deal was approved quickly, documents received & signed quickly, and deal funded right away. Thanks to the lender for being so efficient thus allowing the client to be able to drive unit home on the same trip rather than plan another trip to pick it up.

There are a lot of private sales this year so make sure you deal with a lender or broker that understands them so you can close quickly and not experience the frustration. Personally, I can vouch for the frustration because once I used a lender that I knew was not the best in private sales and the transaction was a complete disaster. This lender caused me to lose the client on the first deal and they could have cared less. Painful lesson learned.
