I have to be honest there was some delays on this one including waiting a week for a waiver from a lender due to the private sale, then my lender took 3 days to fund which is unacceptable to me. Deal is now funded, thank God as my patience was wearing thin being left in dark on the funding. Volume will go up at other lenders that will provide the level of service clients deserve.

Just like we are transparent with rates, we are also transparent when there are delays. It is like I posted on my personal LinkedIn profile today; it eats at me personally when I can’t provide the level of service people deserve, when things are out of my control. Mediocre service is not something to be celebrated.
