Things can still happen quick. Submitted 11:15am, approved 11:15am, deal agreed to by 11:30am, documents at 2:15pm as it was waiting on vendor location approval, insurance 5 minutes after requesting, executed documents back 3:06pm, revised invoice around 3:30pm then in for funding and funded 9:32am today. Less than 24 hours start to finish.
