This unit was a private sale. Some long delays due to challenges outside of our control. Honestly the first time I have had to deal with these circumstances with a seller but with lender common sense we were able to get it funded. I can honestly say, I thought I saw most situations in lending but this is the first time dealing with this situation and I assume the last but you never know. It is always great to deal with a new challenge and get it over the line for all parties.
