Some private sales go smooth and others well there are crazy delays at times. The private seller’s long term bank took 8 days to sign a GSA waiver to allow us to fund this deal. We submitted the deal at 8:30pm last night after getting the waiver and our lending partner funded the deal immediately this morning 8:43am on a rush to help us out due to this unforeseen delay which was greatly appreciated.
