This unit was a private sale transaction. Some delays waiting on the seller’s payout quote from their leasing company plus some holiday closures. Needless to say, there were some hiccups with the deal probably took longer to solve while I was away from office such as there were some missed waivers from 2 of the Big 5 however, they were sent back lightning fast to help close strong. I prefer smooth transactions, but it doesn’t always happen, but the transaction got finished.
